The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 70 m² house in Saint-Lunaire, just one kilometer from La Fourberie beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation includes :
Ground floor :
- 70 m² living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
First floor :
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Lunaire, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :

- Easy access to the beach
- Horse riding available
- Hiking trails for walking
Transport :
Here is some information you may find useful regarding means of transport:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo, about 13 km away (15 min by car)
