Ground floor: large living room with lounge opening onto the garden, (wood stove), fitted kitchen, bedroom (double bed 160 cm x 200 cm), shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom (a double bed 160), TWO++ bedrooms each with 2 single beds 90, bathroom (bath and shower) - WC - Gas central heating. Cot and high chair. Closed room for windsurfing boards, bicycles, beach games for children. No internet access. This contemporary house is located in a very quiet residential area. Private enclosed garden with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, sunbeds). You are 12 km from St Malo. Ideal place for beach lovers. Access to the covered and heated swimming pool of the Touesse campsite 500 m away, free of charge on request to the owners (10 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day from 15/04 to 30/09) and to the restaurant, and the campsite's playground 800 m from the sea and the fine sandy beaches of St Lunaire and Dinard, 1.5 km from the center of Dinard, seaside resort.
