Andrew was phenomenal. I cannot express enough my gratitude for his responsiveness and care on our recent trip. Number 1 - the property was amazing, and the price was much better than a basic hotel room plus you got all of the amenities never found in a hotel.
Number 2 - my wife came down with an illness on this trip, and I have never had an experience where a property manager / owner showed so much care in checking to see how we were doing, offering support and helping find accommodations for us to use when we needed to leave the property but extend our stay closer to the hospital. Andrew took his time to find rooms and provide options so we could focus on finding care.
I will never forget the care Andrew showed, and I will always look to support Andrew’s businesses when they are available.
