About this apartment rental
This incredible 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The Wyndham Nashville Resort is located about a mile away from the legendary Grand Ole Opry and the Opry mills outlet mall. Wyndham Nashville is close to many of the city's most popular attractions and about a 15 minute drive to downtown. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub, fitness center, basketball, picnic/BBQ area, and live entertainment.
The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom varies from 2 full size beds or two twin size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper and balcony.
The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.
We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.
The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

This was a 2 bedroom Wyndham Resort suite that also included a kitchen, living space, and a balcony! It was clean and we had more than enough space for all of us. It’s a great location just outside of downtown Nashville (but there’s a shuttle that runs all day) and it’s literally down the block from the Opry. We would definitely stay again!
Side note: the owner warned me prior to our trip to avoid the timeshare spiel they try to entice you with. We did not listen - totally our fault, they got us with the free stuff - but the timeshare staff there are extremely pushy and it took up 3 hours of our morning! Again, our Vrbo renter advised us against it prior, so definitely take that advice!!!

The entire experience was very good. The condo was exactly what was shown. We had great communication with the owner and they made sure the check in went smoothly. Would recommend this again!
