We are a short 15 drive to Hillsville Va where the largest Gunshow and Flea Market is held every Labor Day weekend and only 20 minutes to the popular downtown Galax where the head of the New River Trail starts and the world renown Fiddler's Convention is held every August.

The location was so relaxing. The family enjoyed going down to the creek to fish. I enjoyed sitting on the deck reading a book and listening to the birds. We had a deer family come through the yard most evenings. I loved the open floor plan so we could all be together and no one felt isolated. The house was spacious enough that we could all have our space when we wanted a little me time. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and then some. The only thing I wish the house would have had was broom. I would have liked to have been able to sweep up crumbs and dirt that was tracked in. I would definitely rent again if we even do another family vacation in the area. Thank you so much for a great vacation, relaxation and much family time.

Our family stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. Everything was absolutely perfect and she had an amazing time. It is beyond beautiful here.
