About this house rental

Spacious and private 5,000 sq.ft. house with four large bedrooms - sleeps maximum of 13 (king with trundled day bed, king with sleeper chair, queen with trundled day bed, twin beds). Great room with dining, all glass sunporch with seating, dining, games. Deck, porches, balcony & many windows offer great views. Fully equipped modern kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer. TV with Blue-Ray, boom box with CD, foosball table, bumper pool/game table. Outdoor gas grill & 2 picnic tables. Linens are proved. Private & easy access to the river with flat grassy area. No pets. No smoking.

The property was as advertised. Large and spacious, well appointed and comfortable.Four couples stayed in the house for a long weekend of golf and a trip to Martinsville for a NASCAR race.Amy was fantastic to deal with. Quick to reply to questions and made our weekend.We will definitely consider staying here again, possible in the Spring or Summer to get the full experience. Fall colors were great!!

Loved being so close to the New River! There was no Wi-Fi but we had good cell service. We use Verizon . We worked with Amy to plan this vacation… Etc.. She was terrific! My family wants to go back sometime in the summer. Thank you, Amy!

The house is beautiful and the view of the New River is spectacular. House was very clean and welcoming. Communication with the host was very good.

Beautiful property that is in bad need of a little TLC. Inside is OK but exterior is in need of many repairs.
