Large house for all size groups of ATV riders. House located on the Connector for Pocahontas Hatfield Trails with connection to Indian Ridge, Pinnacle Creek, Warrior & Outlaw Trails. Secure parking for 8 trucks & trailers. Ride your ATV to area restaurants, gas & grocery stores, car wash, and laundromat. Warm up by the fireplace on snowy days and enjoy your privacy beside our fire pits, during corn hole competition, or while grilling a favorite meal after a long day on top of the mountain.

Property was spotless on arrival. I have never stayed anywhere so well stocked, you thought of everything. Plenty of room for our family of 9. Showers stayed hot and we truly appreciated that after long days on the Hatfield & McCoy trails. Access to trails from the home was great. Parking was wonderful lots of room for our trucks and atvs and secure. Host was super nice and helpful. We truly had an Awesome time! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back.

This property is conveniently located near the trails. Everything in the house is set up so well, with easy access check in, plenty of nice kitchen supplies, dishwasher pods, and even sos pads to clean the stainless steel pots and pans appropriately. Great views from the rocking chairs on the front porch and the different fire pits with wood available. You can even watch the neighbor goats and cows from the security of the fenced in yard. If you bring your own utv the driveway is ole t big to just pull through with a trailer.

We enjoyed our stay at this house, it provided everything that you can think of incase you forgot something. Hot tub was a big hit during the cold weather. Will definitely book again.
