Located on a hill top overlooking the Kaikoura coast, This house offers stunning uninterrupted 180 degree ocean views at the front with mountain views at the back. Dolphins often cruise in the bay below for the most eagle-eyed viewer. This home is very private and is surrounded by green paddocks and far from its neighbours.
You will find a well-equipped functional kitchen and lounge with a smart TV . This house also has a massive outdoor dining area where you can sit and enjoy the amazing views this house has to offer. Also provided are board games and puzzles.

Full bathroom complete with laundry facilities. Plenty of onsite parking for your vehicles.
You will have access to the entire house.
