Step into luxury and comfort within our stately three-story stone house, designed to host your group of up to 12 guests. The grand entrance hall welcomes you with intricate floor tiles and a unique suit of armor, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
Living Areas: Discover two distinct lounges for relaxation. One is a cozy space featuring plush red leather sofas and a wood-burning stove, perfect for unwinding. The other offers a more formal ambiance with elegant green chesterfield sofas and a sparkling crystal chandelier.
Kitchen & Dining: Prepare culinary delights in our exceptionally large, modern, and fully equipped chef's dream kitchen. It boasts white cabinets, a central island, and two refrigerators. The adjacent formal dining room features a table comfortably set for your entire group of 12.
Bedrooms: Retreat to six stylish and peaceful bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with its own bold color palette. Four of these bedrooms are en-suite, providing added privacy and convenience.
Bathrooms: In addition to the en-suites, a spacious family bathroom is available, featuring both a classic clawfoot tub and a modern jacuzzi.
Comfort: Enjoy the warmth of underfloor heating throughout the entire home, ensuring comfort in every season.
Family-Friendly: We welcome families with a dedicated workspace, children's books & toys, a crib, and a high chair.
Guests will enjoy exclusive and private access to the entire property, ensuring a secluded and personal experience for your stay.
Main House: You will have full access to all rooms and floors of the six-bedroom home.
Grounds: Explore and enjoy the expansive three-acre private gardens, featuring a long ornamental pond and lush lawns.
Outdoor Amenities: Make use of the private, covered hot tub for ultimate relaxation, a BBQ area for delightful al fresco dining, and a fire pit for evening gatherings under the stars.
Parking: Ample private parking is available on the property, with space for up to 12 cars.
Guests will enjoy complete privacy during their stay. The host will be present on-site and is available via internal phone or message to assist with any questions or needs that may arise.

The property was great; plenty of parking, plenty of room to move about. The house was large but quaint and had everything we needed. Very quiet and remote but only minutes from town. I LOVED Paul's (owner/manager) attitude about closing out the house - "you are on vacation... you don't need to do anything except collect your things..." So no bed stripping, trash disposal, towel washing that is often requested by other properties. I highly recommend this property. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Thanks Paul!

This home has been through a remarkable comprehensive renovation. It was a perfect place for our family of 11 across 3 generations to call home base for our short two day tour of the area around Inverness. Paul is very attentive and always available. Home is complete with any cooking need your might have if you are preparing your own meals. Just a short ride to downtown Inverness. We enjoyed our visit.

Such a gem this lovely property so close to Inverness. Paul was a wonderfully gracious and helpful host amd the house was just tremendous. A currated collection of art works, furniture and collectibles made each room its own unique experience. The hot tub was a wonderful addition - one not easily found in the area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself or a small army - we were so grateful to have so many resources at our fingertips.
