The small village of St. Koloman is 2 km away and lies approx. 800 m above sea level.

Large outdoor area, secluded location, mountain view! Large terrace with garden and 2 parking spaces for your exclusive use. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and seating for two to three people as required.

Private access to the holiday flat (32sqm) on the first floor.
The bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 2m) is heated with an infrared radiator.
The bathroom with shower and WC, the hallway and the eat-in kitchen are equipped with underfloor heating.

There is also a wood-burning stove in the eat-in kitchen. A fridge with freezer compartment, a 2-burner hob and a dishwasher are available. The fold-out couch can be used comfortably for a third person. A TV, radio and free WLAN are available.

Rural scattered settlement in a picturesque landscape with many beautiful excursion destinations, hiking trails, farmed alpine pastures, friendly people, an ideal place for your relaxation.
Favourite excursion destinations: Salzburg, Berchtesgaden with NT Park Königsee, Fuschlsee, Eisriesenwelt and Werfen Castle, Hallein, Hallstadt, the Untersberg railway in Grödig, Lammer and Almbachklamm gorges, Römerbrücke bridge with Taugl torrent, nearby bathing lakes, Seewaldsee nature reserve...
Good shopping facilities for groceries in Bad Vigaun, 6 km away. There is also a beautiful thermal bath there. The nearest bathing lake in Kuchl is approx. 8 km away.
In Hallein, 10 km away, there are many shopping facilities and restaurants. The nearest restaurant with an impressive panoramic view of the mountains and good cuisine is 2 km away.
