About this house rental

Spacious XXL holiday home with balcony and terrace, idyllically situated in a grove, near the festival city of Salzburg, on a 1,000 sqm natural site (848 m above sea level). The small town of St. Koloman on the high plateau of the Salzach Valley is in the middle of the Tennengau World of Adventure, a romantic mountain world with roaring streams and mighty waterfalls. Activities nearby: A varied hiking area awaits you: Friendly green alpine pastures such as the Postalm, Trattbergalm or Spielbergalm. One of the greatest panoramic tours in the Eastern Alps leads around the striking Gosaukamm with the Bischofsmütze. The Salzachöfen or the 75 m high Gollinger waterfall are also impressive natural spectacles
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation.
