Check-in will be from 14:00pm (2pm) to 18:00 (6pm). Any check-in after 18:00 (6pm) can be accommodated at an additional cost of R300.00 and will be payable on arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete the check-in process, therefore it is essential to schedule an exact time with our host on +27 83 239 4627 as we are not based at our properties.

Property- not as depicted in photo (furnishings not as nice). Bed was very comfortable. Large crack in bedroom glass slider. Pictures showed a pool, check-in person said there wasn't a pool. However there was, it just wasn't open for use, the view from the pool area was fantastic, which we didn't discover until our last day. The information sheet left referred to a Manual for guests explaining all the appliances, there was no manual to be found. Check-in person did ask if we had any questions, however after travelling 30+ hours, thinking clearly was not my strong point. The washer/dryer combo takes 3+ hours, and does not just dry, you have to go through the whole cycle. TV never did work properly, locked up and then went to movies that we did not select and then locked up again. Fortunately we were not there to watch TV all day. No knobs on cabinets made them difficult to open. Coordinating with the owner/check-in person was a bit of a challenge, however all worked out in the end and someone was there to meet us. We had experienced flight delays, so it was great to be able to check in when we did arrive. The patio furnishings could use an upgrade. It would have been nice to have a list of grocery stores, cafes close by. We did fine some, however information like this helps when one is in a strange city. The most frustrating thing was not to have User Manuals for the washer/dryer and TV. Also, the hairdryer was in a different place from the adapter, took a bit to find that. Strange also, was the clean linen that was just scrunched into the bedroom closet, I took it out andd folded it neatly.
