The apartment has a soft, comforting and relaxing feeling and does not feel cramped. Stunningly furnished. Dining table comfortably seats four. Flat screen TV with double couch and 2 single vintage couches. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove make your way of living so much easier. Drinking coffee is part of our way of life therefore enjoy the taste of coffee with the espresso machine & coffee maker. You can enjoy daily cooking and dining with the refrigerator/freezer, kitchen sink, a stove, silverware, dishware, cookware, and basic cooking utensils, and some dish cleaning supplies. Downstairs toilet for guest no need for them to go to upstairs bathroom. As you walking up the stairs you can see the beautiful open space area where you will find the two twin beds or convert it to a king bed, bathroom with shower and a nice working station with big table and office chair

Arrival between 18:00 and 02:00 is subject to 300 late arrival fee.
Check-in will be from 14:00pm (2pm) to 18:00 (6pm). Any check-in after 18:00 (6pm) can be accommodated at an additional cost of R300.00 and will be payable on arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete the check-in process, therefore it is essential to schedule an exact time with our host on +27 83 239 4627 as we are not based at our properties.

This was our first visit to South Africa following a 10 day safari in Namibia. I was a little worried about the check-in procedure because it required communication with a local management company, and we had very little internet access in the days before we arrived in Cape Town. But it all went very smoothly - Cherise contacted us via WhatsApp about 3 days before we arrived, and we had no trouble getting settled, even with power outages due to load shedding in Cape Town. The apartment is perfectly appointed for 2 people; we needed to do some laundry, and there were even detergent pods already available! The kitchen was great to have and reasonably well set up (could maybe do with a sheet pan for pizza), and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Would have loved to stay over a weekend gotten to experience the local farmers' markets! Building security was excellent and friendly. Would definitely stay again!!
