Flexford Mill Cottage has a super-king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, a adult bunk, a double and a twin. There’s a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, bathroom with bath and hand-held shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs there’s a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, and a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There’s a dining room and three sitting rooms with Smart TVs. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s private driveway parking for up to 3 cars, a non-enclosed front lawn and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Note: The property will not be pet free until August 2026, new bookings however, will not have the option to bring a pet. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.8 miles, beach 5.5 miles. Lymington is surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, from the heathlands and ancient woodlands of the New Forest to the coastal nature reserves which extend for 5 miles culminating in the shingle spit which is home to Hurst Castle, built in 1554 by Henry VIII. Lymington provides an excellent touring base from which to explore the New Forest, the Isle of Wight and the Hampshire coast.
