The hosts were very communicative and helpful leading up to my parents' stay (I assisted with the booking and stayed part of the trip with my family). Allison was quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo was exactly as described, with a great location, clean decor, and everything we needed in the kitchen and closet, including a beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night without even having to leave the condo. Having the laundry room right next store was also nice! The only real issue was outside the hosts' control. Less than a week into their stay, a unit four floors up flooded, causing flooding and water damage to my parents' bedroom and bathrooms, and also damaged the electric to the ceiling fan. This led to some disruptions as the hosts worked to clean up the mess. They did have to communicate quite frequently with my parents to deal with the issues - which is understandable but also unfortunate for my parents who just wanted a relaxing vacation. While Allison and Race handled the situation well, it was unfortunate timing. We appreciate their patience to wait until after my parents stay was over to address major repairs. The only other thing we noticed was a few bugs—we counted eight palmetto bugs or cockroaches (not sure). All in all, we'd definetely stay again assuming the water damage is fixed properly (not just painted over) to insure no mold growth happens. Thanks!
