The house boasts two bedrooms with comfy queen beds and a third bedroom with two twin beds, making it ideal for various group setups. For those with a car, there's a convenient parking spot in the driveway, and the fully fenced backyard offers a private space to relax and unwind.
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for any culinary adventures, and speedy Wi-Fi throughout the home to keep you connected. The house also has whole house AC to keep you cool on those sunny San Diego days.
On Saturdays, don't miss the bustling Little Italy Farmers Market, just a few blocks away, where you can pick up fresh produce and local crafts.
Families will love the proximity to Waterfront Park, less than a 10-minute walk, offering plenty of space for kids to play. For a day adventure, the ferry to Coronado Island is only a 20-minute walk and departs every hour, or a quick 10-minute drive if you prefer to take the car. This sweet, quaint, incredibly clean home nestled right in the heart of Little Italy is an absolute gem. The home is is so cozy and feels like you have stepped back in time, in the best of ways! The location is ideal for walking and the home is spacious. Cleanest vrbo we have stayed in. Wonderful communication with the hosts as well.

Great house if you want to see everything in San Diego. Ubers are easy to get, trolley stop is about a 10 min walk, and on-site parking if you have a car with you. House is neat, clean, comfortable. It feels safe and very well maintained. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The plane noise is loud in the evenings and in the daytime, but not in the middle of the night. Convenience of the location makes it worth it. We would definitely stay in this location again.
