About this villa rental
Stunning, modern, 3 bed 2 bath villa with private pool, garden and sun roof terrace, and only 300m from the beach, making an ideal base for a family holiday in the popular beach resort of Lo Pagan.
The accommodation is fully equipped with; private garden, garden furniture, pool terrace with private swimming pool, roof terrace, washing machine, TV/WiFi, tumble dryer, iron, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house.
In the kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The first bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and sink with furniture. The second and third bedrooms are on the first floor. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third (master) bedroom has a super king bed, both have fitted wardrobes. On the first floor there is also the second bathroom, with a walk-in shower, WC and sink with furniture. All bedrooms and bathrooms have blackout shutters against the sun and light. Stairs from the first floor lead up to the full size roof terrace where you can catch the sun all day.
The living / dining room has a large sliding door out to the garden terrace with pool. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, chair and has a TV. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and is open to the fully equipped kitchen.
Outside the garden is walled and can be reached with a lockable gate. At the front of the Villa is a shower and a private swimming pool, and there is also a comfortable lounge sofa area and sun loungers around the pool. In the rear garden there is a spacious dining table where you can eat together and enjoy the fabulous Spanish weather. A new gas BBQ has also been added!
A small domestic starter pack is also provided for your convenience.

Modern, clean villa within 10 minutes stroll to the beach. The pool had 3 attempts at cleaning although they were extremely prompt to respond. Parking outside the villa is a challenge as the beach is nearby so everyone parks outside, and the gates are manual which require to be held open to access the parking spot. Overall, a lovely villa.

The house was super clean, and comfortable. The pool was lovely, it was a shame the previous guests turned the pumps off, but we still made good use of it.
A little welcome basket with essentials like dishwasher tablets would be useful.
