About this villa rental
Please come and spend your holidays in complete safety and tranquillity in this amazing and very cleaning villa in the warmest and safest region of Spain. No car needed. Close to beaches and food shops(10mn on foot), modern Villa south facing 135 m² (1460 sq. ft.) entirely independent for 2 at 6 adults with a very nice walled garden 320 m² (3450 sq. ft.) and a large private heated pool. The heating of the pool will be programmed at 28° in off-season (with an additional cost between €120 and €180/week depending the season). The property is located on the Costa Calida, between Alicante & Cartagena, just 25 minutes from Airport Murcia (RMU) and 45mn from Alicante airport (ALC). This region enjoy about 315 sunny days a year and the villa is located at 500 m from the sandy beaches and many food stores, (Lidl, Aldi, Spar...) and bars and restaurants (between 300 and 500m).
***On the ground floor :
Beautiful fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, separate freezer and coffee machine Nespresso)
- Large dining room and living room with a sofa bed (140x190) and a 50 inch Smart TV with English channels and DVD player.
- 1 Bedroom with a king size.
- 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Nice bathroom with a large shower.
***Located over the entire first floor :
- Big master bedroom en suite 30 m² (325 sq. ft.) with a king size, sitting area with 2 armchairs, dressing room and minibar.
- Large private bathroom (bath/shower)
- Equipped private solarium terrace 30 m² (325 sq. ft.)
***At your disposal :
- Free Superfast Fibre Optic Wi-Fi.
- Reversible air conditioning for summer and winter throughout the Villa.
- 2 safes to deposit your values and alarm system.
- All linen is provided, sheets, towels and beach towels.
- Travel cot, baby bath and high chair available on request.
- 3 rd complete bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
- Gym room with weight bench and elliptical trainer.
- Ping pong table in the garden.
- Gas barbecue/plancha.
- Garden table and chairs for lunch under the pergola.
- 6 sun loungers, parasols available around the heated private pool.
- Solar shower.
- Possible enter a car on the paved portion of the front garden.
The keys will be handed on site over by the owners who live 2 km from the villa and will be at your disposal throughout your stay if you need. We have done our best to ensure you have a great sunny holiday and make you feel at home .

Couldn’t have wished for a more perfect holiday home. Everything was thought of by the best of hosts Marie-Ange and Frank. Really loved our stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful villa as a great destination being near all facilities within walking distance.

The property is amazing and the pool divine, the kids were in it every day (ok, me too!). Lidl and Aldi are 10-15 mins walk one way and the beach 10-15 mins walk the other. Marie is the perfect host and wanted to ensure everything was just right. I can't praise the owners or the villa highly enough, we had the most fantastic time.
