I was impressed by how friendly and attentive the staff were—each team member went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The cozy, nature-inspired atmosphere was equally delightful, creating a peaceful retreat that felt both warm and refreshingly organic.

Staff in the restaurant were ridiculously slow and inefficient. I couldn’t figure out how to turn the damn lights out in my room. My $300 plus per night room didn’t have television, radio, refrigerator
