The place is great, had a good time.
The only issue was booking through Agoda, I booked my stay with breakfast included, however , when I got here I was told at check-in that breakfast was not included in my booking.
I reached out to Agoda customer service by email and never got a respond from them.
I will book directly for my next year stay or book with a more reliable 3rd party company.

This place is in desperate need of a renovation. I had so many issues with this stay from the booking through Agoda which messed up on adding my 4 kids causing me to follow-up on them everyday which got fixed of course the day of my trip. But I didn't get compensated for my time, stress, or frustrating except by the property with an upgraded room which wasn't much of an upgrade. There was a hole on the wall, the door wouldn't close without having been locked plus with a 2nd chain lock, plus the bathroom sink had a bad leak that covers 25% of the floor. I made the property aware of the door issue they didn't move me. I made the property aware of the leak the next morning NO ONE from maintenance came. As our room used towels we threw them under the sink to soak up the water from the leak bc it was BAD. They tell you the activities are free that's a lie. You have to buy tickets. A booklet of tickets is $50 for 25 tickets. We have 4 kids so I bought 2. When we tried to use them at the rock wall -closed due to short staff. When we tried to use them at the bumper boats - closed due to short staff, same for when my kids tried to do the zipline. ONLY thing that was available to my kids were the go carts and that was AFTER 3pm. The breakfast/dinner meal plan os ***/per person per day INSANE!!! The food and bar at the pool super under staffed!!! Waited on a line for frozen drinks literally for 45min!!! Only 1 bar tender and of course only mud slide and frozen mango machines were working. The machines for pina cola da and strawberry daiquiri were out of service. Food at the bar was over priced for the quality as well. Not somewhere to send ANYONE to for sure!!!

It was as if we went through a time warp. The place is very dated, everything closed early. The indoor pool closed by 7pm. Go carts were not safe. The staff and the food were good.

The location in the mountains can fool you into thinking this will be a peaceful Catskills getaway, but it’s anything but. Guests were incredibly loud late into the night, and we couldn’t sleep until around 2 a.m. because of the noise.
If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful mountain experience in the Catskills, stay as far away from this place as you can. If you enjoy a busy, crowded resort atmosphere, this might be for you—but if you’re looking for relaxation and tranquility, look elsewhere
