Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und geräumig. Es gibt zwei Bäder und im Wohnzimmer und in den Schlafzimmern je einen Fernseher. Alles wirkt auf den ersten Blick sehr hochwertig. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon. Die Wohnung war tadellos sauber. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war problemlos, alles sehr effizient per Internet. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, Altstadt und Bahnhof sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist nur ca. 150 m entfernt.
Leider roch es in beiden Bädern sehr stark nach Abwasser, was vermutlich auf ein bauliches Problem zurückzuführen ist. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer funktionierte nicht und das System zur Mülltrennung schien uns irgendwie sehr kompliziert. Der mehrfache Hinweis per Mail und WhatsApp, dass die Trennung unbedingt einzuhalten ist, wirkte schon fast ein wenig penetrant.
