דירה מעוצבת, גדולה, מרפסת ענקית, ג׳אקוזי מעולה, מכשירי חשמל חדשים. טלוויזיה ענקית, והכל מתוחזק מצויין. למטה אפשר למצוא מינימרקט
מכונת קפה יש, אבל קפסולות צריך לדאוג בעצמך. מרגיש כמו שיא ההתקטננות, בקיצור לא היה קפה. בבוקינג רשום שיש חניה, אז רשום. יש חניה התשלום הוא יומי, ולא בעבור לילה.

רמת הניקיון והתחזוקה של הדירה ברמה ירודה ביחס למחיר שמשתמשים ומצופה. קיבלנו את החדר עם מרפסת מלאה באבק כל הריהוט גן עם שכבת אבק כל מי שיוצא למרפסת ונכנס מכניס עקבות של אבק בחדר, המקלחת לא נקיה יש עובש ושחור מסביב למקלחון , בבניין שממול חגגו עם מוזיקה ורעש עד 1 בלילה
