דירה גדולה, מרווחת, נוף מהמם לים. המטבח חדש, נקי ומאובזר מרפסת שכיף לשבת בה קרוב 5 דקות הליכה לחוף הים הצפוני ולקניון מול הים חניה בשפע (כחול לבן)
הבריכה קטנה יחסית ומלאה בילדים אז פחות התחברנו כמבוגרים חסר מתלים לבגדים ומגבות

הדירה לא מספיק מאובזרת, קצת ריקה במיוחד אין בר מים קרים שזה אלמנטרי. בחיפוש בבוקינג עשינו סינון לדירה עם חניה, וכשהגענו חברת הניהול דרשו 180 ש"ח כדי לחנות בחניה של הדירה (חניה צמודה של הדירה) כשהטענה שלהם שאם היינו מזמינים דרך Airbnb, אז היינו מקבלים את החניה ללא תשלום. בנוסף, המזגן חלש מאוד ושביקשנו שיבוא מישהו לטפל במזגן, הוא נזף בנו שזה מה שיש ולא צריך יותר מזה. כשחוזרים לדירה בחום של אילת זה מאוד מאוד לא נעים שהדירה לא ממוזגת מספיק.
