המקום קרוב למרכז העיר, הבעלים היו מאוד אדיבים, יכולנו להביא את הכלב איתנו, הנוף הנשקף מהמרפסת מהמם , הבריכה מחוממת ומאפשרת להיכנס בכל שעות היום, כשביקשנו מגבות ומצעים נענו מיד על ידי בעל הבית, המקום דומה לתמונות וסך הכל יש ליחידה פוטנציאל גבוה.
ציפינו למקום מתוחזק ברמה בהתאם למחיר הגבוה ששילמנו. להלן הדברים שזקוקים לדעתנו לתשומת לב המארחים: * לשים פחים בכל השרותים * לשים מתקן של נייר טואלט כדי שהנייר לא ירטב מהרצפה. * לשים וילון במקלחת . * לתקן את כל התריסים בבית. * הכיסויים של ריהוט הגן בבריכה מלוכלכים בצורה קיצונית * האורות בתוך הבריכה שבורים ולא עובדים. * המרפסת וכל איזור הבריכה יכול להיראות הרבה יותר אסטטי בלי מנגלים שלא בשימוש. * ארונות בגדים שלא נפתחים * אין היכן לתלות מגבות ובגדי ים, יפה אם היו שמים מתלה מפלסטיק פשוט. * דברים בסיסיים כמו: סוכר, קפה היו תורמים להרגשה ששילמנו וקיבלנו תמורה. בסך הכל אין לנו בעיה לשלם את המחיר שביקשו אך יחד עם זאת כדאי לבעלים לשים לב היטב לכל הדברים שתורמים להרגשת אירוח מכובדת.

מקום שקט באילת בצד הדרומי של העיר , אירוח נעים , המקום היה מסודר ונוח . דירה גדולה , בריכה גדולה יש מלא ציוד לצרכי המשפחה והמטבח.
