Our third stay in as many years. Conveniently located in the centre of town- away from touristic areas and close to shops, restaurants etc. Apartment fairly well equipped. Clean.

Lots of building works in the area- starting as early as 7AM. Not ideal for a holiday! Small balcony. No dining table.

It's a very cozy boutique hotel, located in the city center. There is parking available on the bottom floor. The room is very nice and clean. We like the facility and the view of the marina. Right next to the hotel, there are convenience stores, bakeries, and small restaurants. In general, it's super convenient.

The communication with the hotel property is quite confusing. There are two WhatsApp business accounts that take turns to send me messages (some of them are automated bot messages). There are also Booking.com inbox messages. On the arrival day, a few minutes before the official check-in time (3:00 pm), they sent an email with all the check-in details. Unfortunately, we missed it due to the multi-channel communication. It took us quite a while to understand the fully contactless, self-service check-in process. Luckily, another hotel guest was there to help us. I'm not against the automated, self-service check-in/check-out process. It could be quite convenient. I just hope that next time it's better communicated with the guests ahead of time (the automated bot messages also need to be optimized, of course, and preferably just one unified channel).

Good location, nice place

The plunge pool was not heated and I had to contact the owner every time we wanted to use it. They don't provide any additional sheets, towels and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Also the balcony was dirty but they sent someone to clean it.
