Mūsdienīgs, kompakts un gaumīgs interjers. Ļoti ērta gulta un augsta līmeņa dušas iekārta. Dzīvoklī bija pilnīgi viss, kas nepieciešams komfortablai atpūtai. Ne tikai pilnībā aprīkota virtuve, bet bija arī tēja, kafija, eļļa gatavošanai. Bērni priecājās par tosteri. Viss bija tīrs un akurāts, dvieļi, segas un spilveni pietiekamā daudzumā, tv darbojās. Ir gaisa kondicionieris. Dzīvoklis ir ļoti kluss.

Väga vastutulelik ja sõbralik peremees, kohtus meiega võtmete üleandmiseks pea enne südaööd. Kõik vajalik ööbimiseks ja hommikusöögi valmistamiseks oli korteris olemas. Mõnekümne meetri kaugusel asub väike Rimi pood, kust sai hommikusöögiks kõik vajaliku osta. Tasuta parkimine aiaga sisehoovis.
