Location to beach and Alghero town.
Tiny bathroom. The pool was drained of water. Wasn't in use. Which is one of the reasons we booked this apartment. No second bedroom. Pillows need replacing.

Let me start by clarifying a few things about this flat just in case like us you didn't notice them in the description:
1. This is a ground floor flat, 2. The parking in the complex is paid (15 euros a day), 3. This is a one-bedroom flat, not a two-bedroom. There is a bunk bed on the corridor leading to the bedroom and across the bathroom but there is no second bedroom.
The flat inside was clean. The bedroom is spacious and the living room/ kitchen is decent size. The location is pretty good- 8 mins walking from Maria Pia beach and just on San Giovanni beach with lots of options of bars and restaurants around. Alghero is just 7 mins driving.
We never used the pool but it looked nice and clean. I think you need to pay extra for it though.
There was a musty moldy smell around the flat especially in the bathroom and bedroom. The shower had mold in the walls and the silicone. There was a big hole on the bottom of the bedroom's window-shutters looking like something ate its way through it- hopefully just dump- but close by on the window seal there was something looking like mouse dropping. Due to that I was in constant fear that something like a mouse or cockroach will enter the room through that hole (the nights we wanted the windows open and the shutters closed), especially since this is a ground floor flat and our 2-years old cot was next to the window. The terrace was nice and comfortable but it was dirty and full of sand. There were some basic things missing from the flat like a bin in the bathroom. There was also no corkscrew and kitchen towels. Some kitchen essentials would also be nice like a bit of salt and kitchen paper.
