Clean, spacious, very good equipped ( among evrything we had also sun umbrella ⛱️ and beach chair). The terrace is really big with a good view to the see. On the terrace floor there's also separate bathroom and couch with additional AC. Excellent for families, very good location [lots of white free parking spaces), bus station 50m, distance from the old town is about 30 to 40min on foot. The beach Maria Pia about 10 min on foot
The balcony is excellent but the sun beds were destroyed so we couldn't use them unfortunately, and generally the rest of the terrace furniture ( 2 old wooden chairs and one plastic table) was not enough for four or more people.
