Appartamenti Lido

How do you rate a place where the flaws were so minor that I’d happily give it more than 10 points? I returned to this apartment after four years. I was satisfied back then, too, but now it’s even better. The only lingering concern I had—and something I was a bit worried about—was the music from the bars across the way. In 2022, it was an unbearable racket of screeching and off-key singing that lasted until morning. This year, it was great. The music played until around midnight, and the live performances were good, too. The entire apartment has undergone a minor renovation, featuring new fencing and a small private garden with outdoor furniture. Beach gear was provided. Free parking in the courtyard!!! Simply put, there’s nothing more to say. It’s a fantastic apartment for the price—and let’s not forget, it’s right on the beach.

There were those minor issues I mentioned—though they don't warrant a point deduction, as they are things perhaps only I felt were missing. For instance, a shelf above the sink and one inside the shower enclosure. Also, mosquito screens—although a makeshift solution for that has already been started. There was one small problem: the water drained slowly from the sink, likely due to a poor plumbing setup.

Ottima posizione, divisa bene

Posizione lungo mare

Struttura vecchia, pulizia inesistente
