The location and accessibility of the property are truly excellent, offering both convenience and comfort for visitors. The view is very pleasant; however, it is worth noting that a full Burj Khalifa view is currently restricted due to a nearby building under construction, with only the upper edge visible. Transportation is exceptionally convenient, with Uber services readily available at all times. Dubai Mall is just a short and comfortable 10-minute walk away, making this an ideal choice for shopping and leisure. The property is very well maintained, reflecting high standards of cleanliness and upkeep. Communication with the host has been consistently good—prompt, clear, and professional—further enhancing the overall experience. Overall, this is an excellent stay that combines prime location, ease of access, and reliable hosting, making it highly recommended for both short and extended visits

They could not accommodate an early booking request, so we had to stay elsewhere. They havea high charge for early booking.

Near to the Fountain and Dubai Mall. Many restaurants close. We asked for baby cot and baby chair. They gave us baby cot without any mattress and bedsheet for baby.

TV ddin't work. Internet on TV also - we couldn't use any apps like Youtube or Netflix on it. They didn't mention that behind windows are construction works for 2 buildings 24/7 and was very noisy at nights. So with near future those buildings will cover view of Burj Khalifa. Neighbors were also noisy at nights. Also there was self check-in. They asked us to provide scans of our passports through e-mail to gmail - which was very unprofessional and not secured.
