Gem of a place in Mal aga

Claudia was very welcoming and helpful. The staff were lovely, and the place was comfortable, clean, and very well decorated. It's such a convenient location close to Playa Malgueta, the harbour, and all the historic sites Al Cazaba, Castillo Gibralfaro, and museums, basically walking distance to the sites.

Great

Everything was great. The hotel is very modern and tastefully designed. I loved how our room smelled fresh and natural when we entered (they must use essential oils). The staff are helpful - we had to call them late in the evening when nobody was at the reception, and they picked up immediately. They also let us store our luggage securely on the last day.

Location is next to noisy street, but you don't hear it in the room. The centre and beach are walking distance.

A good value

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was helpful. It was a fifteen/twenty minute walk to Centro and a five minute walk to the beach. There's a lovely bakery a couple of doors down. Uber's are plentiful.

Great location in attractive area of Malaga. Pleasant 20 minute walk to Centre. Very clean . Bed very comfortable.

Musty smell in bathroom. There is no ventilation so despite the cleaner doing a really good job the smell doesn’t really go away. Breakfast very basic.

Arrived feeling exhausted and left rejuvenated!

I rarely if ever give a property 10 but after arriving late at night this was the perfect refuge. Welcoming, calm and very quiet. Beautifully made up bed where room left like you were staying in someone’s lovely home rather than a small hotel. Two staff at breakfast couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was perfect with lots of fruit, juices, breads, cakes ,meats and cheese. When I checked out I was able to leave suitcase and coat for several hours. Would highly recommend.

Perfect.

The room was exceptional, very spacious, clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was wonderful. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a minute or two from La Malagueta Beach, a shop right around the corner, and only a few more minutes to the city center. The bus stop is also very close. Highly recommended.

A great small hotel experience

The room was very comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. Location is excellent - close to the sights, beach and good restaurants. We were given a warm welcome at check in and the team at reception were incredibly helpful - genuine and friendly service. Breakfast was of a good quality. We would stay here again and recommend it thoroughly.

Boutique Hotel in Good Location

Boutique hotel, with nice terrace and dining area, near beach and 30 minute walk, or 10 minute Uber, to old town. Friendly and very helpful front desk and cleaning staff. Room #4 was comfortable for 2 people, spacious bathroom, nice shower, with coffee maker and fridge. ‘Juliet’ balcony is nice for added space and fresh air. Room is on 2nd floor, easy flight. There is no elevator. We didn’t purchase the breakfast in our package, had it once and was very good. There are other nearby cafes, bakeries and grocery store. I would stay here again.

Bring your own toiletries. This hotel does not provide.

Wonderful visit to a very pleasant city

Breakfast was great - very pretty dining area, and staff was so helpful. Everything that we needed. Our last night - as we had a very early flight - our hostess packed a breakfast package for us and left it in our room refrigerator. Thank you Claudia, for this and for being so helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful - quiet, well decorated and bright, very comfortable. Location was terrific - easy to get to sites and just a block from the beautiful beach. For a change, great Italian restaurant (Mama Mia's) and Japanese (Haruki) on the same block. We stayed a few days on the front end of our trip (and could have stayed longer) and again on the last night before flying out - we were delighted to return to Pries and felt 'welcome home'. We would definitely look forward to staying there again.

Lovely gem of a hotel

A gem of a hotel, small but super lovely, very clean and a pretty, artsy atmosphere inside. Really friendly and helpful staff. The location was good and was able to walk to all main locations from there along the beach promenade. Would choose again!

Breakfast was basic but overall ok. I wasn't prepared that there wouldn't be anyone at the reception when I arrived in the evening - the lobby was dark, I was completely alone and entered with a pin code - once I had things figured out and lights turned on afterwards at the stairs, it was OK - and another time found new guests stranded in front of the hotel who didn't know that they needed a pin code to enter. Other than that there are really no complaints, I really loved my stay there and would stay there again, definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfekte Lage nur ein paar Meter am Strand und einen zehnminütigen Fußmarsch vom Zentrum entfernt. Liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sehr neu, wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt.

Die Bettwäsche waren zwei Laken über- und unterhalb der Bettdecke, sodass ständig alles verrutscht ist, das war ziemlich nervig.

Останавливались на одну ночь . С заселение помогла девушка с рецепции. Все прошло отлично ! Номер маленький но чисто и комфортно. Близко к старой части , рядом чудесный парк, набережная моря и магазинчики . Завтрак 🍳 супер. Спасибо за гостеприимство

Ansich sehr gut, aber entschieden zu teuer!

Die Lage war außerordentlich gut! Fünf Minuten zum Strand, 15 Minuten zur schönen Altstadt. Das Haus, das Zimmer und vor allem der Frühstücksraum waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zeugten von gutem Geschmack… Das Frühstück war gut. Ich freute mich auf meine tägliche Avocado mit Tomate und Ei. Gute Zimmerreinigung!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Der Balkon entpuppte sich als bodennahes Fenster mit Gitter. Mmh, das war enttäuschend. Das zur hinteren Straße gelegene Zimmer Nr. 5 war hinsichtlich des Autolärms nicht leise zu nennen. Die Müllabfuhr kam in den 5 Tagen, die wir dort waren, dreimal mitten in der Nacht. Wir fielen jedesmal aus dem Bett! Innerhalb des Hauses ist es ruhig. Von den anderen Mitbewohnern haben wir nichts gehört. Den Preis von täglich über EUR 170,00 fanden wir entschieden zu hoch! Dafür, dass es kein Hotel, sondern eher ein Bed&Breakfast ist, ist der Preis nicht in Ordnung. Unser Empfinden: wir wurden als Frühbucher bestraft.

Heerlijk, gastvrij comfortabel, mooi!

Een van de fijnste hotels die ik ooit heb bezocht. Klein, slechts 4 kamers, stijlvol ingericht, een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, zeer gastvrije ontvangst door Andrea.. Ligging is uitstekend, de zee op 4 minuten, parkeren in de straat ( betaald, maar zeer redelijke prijs) en het oude centrum en de moderne muello one op een 10 minuten lopen. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Super séjour

L'équipe du Pries Home est top : très aimables, souriantes et disponibles pour nous conseiller sur les lieux à voir à Malaga ainsi que de bons restaurants et également par whatsapp afin de préparer en avance notre arrivée (il n'y avait rien à faire du coup en arrivant le jour J) =) L'hôtel est très bien également : très bien placé - à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, à quelques minutes à pied du centreville et à quelques minutes de la gare de Malaga (si besoin de partir à Granada par exemple) et des stations de bus à proximité ; mais également situé dans un quartier calme. La chambre est très spacieuse également ; et le lit extrêmement confortable ! Merci beaucoup à l'équipe du Pries Home, nous reviendrons =) !!

Le petit déjeuner pas assez qualitatif et pas assez varié pour le prix, pas de viennoiseries fraîches, seulement quelques gâteaux et chocolatines industriels sous cellophane. Pour le salé un peu plus de choix mais sans plus.

Wspaniałe miejsce!!! Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, do plaży kilka minut, do centrum i na stare miasto kilkanaście minut spacerem lub kilka przystanków autobusem, przystanek znajduje się tuż pod hotelem. Wszystkie atrakcje turystyczne w pobliżu :) W pobliżu hotelu znajduje się market, piekarnia, a także kawiarnie i restauracje. Hotel w środku PRZEPIĘKNY, pierwsze co uderza od razu po wejściu do hotelu oraz do pokoju to piękny zapach. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma, uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Smaczne śniadania. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu przed zameldowaniem do pokoju oraz po wymeldowaniu. Pokój czysty, przestronny, dobrze wyposazony. Codziennie sprzatany. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Bardzo polecamy:)
