An elegant, relaxing place for Valentine's day/weekend.

The staff, the patio bar, terrace bar with a long list of original cocktails etc. Our room was good. Cozy, comfy but a little too hot, especially for sleeping.

Coffee with milk in patio bar. Was weak with too much milk & tepid, not hot. No facilities in room to make tea, only coffee. Not all guests drink coffee in the morning!

A Grand and Beautiful Hotel but expect to shell out some cash

The hotel is beautiful, grand, and in an enviable spot overlooking the sea. Our room was very nice, clean, and had a shower that did not leak (unlike other hotels that have a glass shower door). The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is outstanding.

The high price and the lunch. We had lunch out on the terrace and that, unfortunately, was just okay. Our salads were not special, something you could make in five minutes at home. Our main issue is the value for the money. The hotel seems too expensive for what you get, and the hotel's restaurants are overpriced, IMO.

A lot of money for what it was

For a 5* hotel you have order tea in the morning at a cost of 12 euros very day & 30 euros per day to park your car so the total cost per day was 42 euros which we was not told about

nice place could have have made us feel a little special

very pretty lobby & lights. The water therapy at the spa was very nice

They knew we were there for our anniversary and birthday, and during the Christmas holidays. could have offered or done something special. hotel was pretty empty...we had a room with no view just a wall. room could have been cleaner. We did the spa and water circuit every day...i thought this was included, that's why i booked it.. but it wasn't. Would have been nice if we got some kind of upgrade...a view or 1 day comped at spa or maybe a breakfast...but nope

Nice Malaga stay near the beach in a landmark hotel

Location was good and the cleaning crew came frequently to do turn down service. Staff was very helpful

I got over charged by Booking and the hotel and my stay was ruined. If the price for two adults and 2 breakfast is 395 per room and I buy 2 rooms for double the price then I have 4 adults and 4 breakfast. Booking and the hotel say no. Crazy. Photos shows how booking sells the room as for two adults. If you add another room it adds the room but not the adults but does charge breakfast.

The location is great Ten min walk from old town and port Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff. Good pool area . Beautiful rooftop bar . Beeakfast is amazing. Definitely 5 star luxury

We had an early flight so arrived before room ready . Would be nice if they had a Room where you could get changed . We wanted to use pool area and were directed to the bathrooms to get changed .

Enjoyable stay

Hotel is beautiful, very well maintained and sorrounded by beautifull plants. Food is delicious both at breakfast Buffet and in the restaurant.

My husband has his Birthday during our stay and I was disappointed that hotel did not even prepared a card with wishes. Lack of attentiveness to details and human touch. That’s why such a low rate in my review. Pool is for adults but noone cares that children play loudly in this pool as well. Lack of supervision.

A lovely stay in a very nice hotel

Location,ambience,staff,pool,breakfast.

Having to change rooms on arrival because of the poor maintenance of the bathroom, cost to use the spa too high, very small shower area in bathroom, and pool area beds to close to one another. Small things but they all add up.

Room was quiet, spacious and bed was super comfy. Breakfast was fantastic. Incredible staff in every area of the hotel. Very relaxing environment where we were well minded. Felt like a luxury break 2nd time I have stayed here

It was a lovely hotel in a great location. Not crowded. Everywhere was very clean and tidy.

Room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is excellent. Plenty sunbeds. Breakfast - had a good variety and fresh. Loved the roof terrace bar. Quietness of hotel in general - didn't hear guests in corridors or any noise outwith the room.

Food at pool restaurant was pricey and not enough "snacks"/small tapas. Would prefer lighter lunch options. We didn't realise there was entertainment on the roof terrace until we walked in as it finished - wasn't aware of any communications informing us.

Great place with panache

Everything and especially every member of the staff, from housekeeping to waiters, receptionists to concierge. The location is perfect.

The pool was too small, right next to a busy Main Street, the beach access is not convenient and the facilities at the beach are not adequate, the breakfast even though tasty is too little ın variety for a hotel of this caliber.

The rooms were lovely

The service at the pool restaurant was shocking. Waited 20 mins in 30 degree heat for someone to attend to us we eventually had to go a get someone our selves. Menu was not good not much choice for kids.

This hotel is worth a trip in itself, so enjoyable and relaxing.

This is a quality hotel that lived up to our expectations in every way. It is beautifully decorated and landscaped with incredible attention to every detail of a guests' needs in the rooms. The glass covered lobby with an amazing floral display was a favorite of mine. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly. We can thank our concierge for his recommendation of the best meal of the trip. A fantastic location for walking along the beach and into town.

Perhaps an ala carte breakfast. We were dining out so much that a big breakfast was just too much.
