Sunset Waters 17 comes with a Buggy

Loved how it was in an easily accessible location with a great view. It was a great little place for a family very comfy and cozy. TV in all rooms. Wi-Fi worked great. They had kids snorkel sets, beach toys and beach chairs under the stairs. Enough bath and beach towels for everybody. It has a working dryer and washing machine. came with a buggy but just a reminder for all that it only seats four and children under the age of four have to be in a car seat, so make sure you bring one but if not you can hire one from the buggy hire. Has a working bbq but it does need a good clean . There is an out door area and a balcony. Outdoor area needs a fair bit of maintenance and cleaning. Place was overall mostly tidy. Service was great from the get go. They were always quick to answer questions and be helpful!! we liked staying here and it worked perfectly for us.

They were a lot of dishes that weren’t clean that had either been just stored away by the last people who stayed there or by the cleaner. Frying pan was covered in grease. Some utensils still had food on them. The bedding could’ve used a good clean and stain remover. Bathtub had lots of grime and the shower leaks. There was lots of mould in there and the grout was very un clean. Place could do with a bit of an upkeep and clean.

Great central location. Accommodation included everything we needed. Very comfy beds. The buggy was essential and very easy to use.

Bathroom cupboards and kitchen floor tiles are starting to show a little bit of wear and tear, but don't detract from the overall quality of the villa.

Facilities are showing their age - eg sliding screen door fell off tracks, kitchen cupboards smell musty, not enough towel racks in bathroom

Having the extra space is great compared to the hotel room option as we have a 9yr old and 13 yr old now who need their own space. Having the buggy included in the price is gold. Offered a 12pm late checkout and that was really handy for our 1.30pm flight!

Everything needs an update and cleanliness wasn’t great. There were stains on the doona and just having the sheet above and below revealed this. The cutlery was not cleaned properly by the last guest. There were what looked like boogers on the wall in the kids bedroom. Buggy is overdue for a service and needs it, LHS front wheel area making a clicking noise
