Location is good and a good price point
Next to a very loud bar which plays live music until 10pm and is open until early hours of the morning. The luggage storage system is pretty bad only being able to access luggage at certain times any not in the early morning or evenings. Hostel is located in a forest setting, so be prepared to be bitten quite badly by bugs/ mosquitoes. Air conditioning in the room was awful kept blowing at hot air making for an uncomfortable sleep. Staff were okay at check in nothing was explained, eg check out times, how the kitchen system works or luggage storage. You’re simply told where your room is. Kitchen also doesn’t have a kettle…. Room was pretty clean minus the light the showers were okay but good do with a touch up lots of dead flies in there. There is also no social areas in the hostel everyone ends up going to boatys bar connected to Nomads just up the road
