Location great . Nice and quiet , lovely place to stay . Decor was lovely , comfortable

Cleaners arrived to make beds around 4.30pm whilst we were all trying to get ready for our event. The house was spotless but does need a few jobs doing around the place . Furniture on balcony needs cleaning , deterred us from sitting out .

Everything is perfect.

May be ev charging point could be thought of to be installed in the house as most people are moving to electric.

Die Lage des Hauses gegenüber der Innenstadt - Fußweg 10 Minuten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und bei schönem Wetter hat man eine tolle Dachterrasse. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus.

Das Haus ist noch recht neu, aber bspw. im Badezimmer gab es bereits sehr ungepflegte Ecken.

It was fine! They keybox was easy to locate. The house was superficially clean.

I tried to contact the owner a few times before our arrival to enquire about an early check in, but didn't get any response at all. However, when we did turn up an hour early (that's all I needed!) the cleaners were only just arriving so they kindly allowed us to leave some stuff in the property and we then left them to it. The kitchen seemed to have an infestation of fruit flies, I appreicate that might not have been the property owners fault, but it should have been dealt with! The kitchen was buzzing with them! The living room only had one sofa that you could just about squeeze 3 people on, but the house sleeps 5! The single room is downstairs to the front of the property and is VERY small! My friend is 6ft 2 and his feet stuck out the end of the bed! The bathroom could do with a deep clean as there are a few signs of black mould around. It was fine for one night.. but I wouldn't stay again.
