La casa es muy espaciosa. El aire acondicionado, imprescindible es esta época, ha funcionado bien. La zona es tranquila y con buenos accesos al centro, ya sea andando o en transporte público. El detalle del agua fría en la nevera, genial.
Cuando llegamos el baño de la habitación con las dos camas olía muy mal, a tuberia estancada. Era x falta de ventilación xq al día siguiente ya se había resuelto (afortunadamente). Por otro lado, al tener una sola llave y ser cuatro personas, tuvimos algún que otro problema para abrir o cerrar la puerta. Además, algún vecino cierra la puerta del portal por dentro, así que si vas sin llave y llamas al telefonillo, tienen que bajar a abrirte el portal.

Immeuble et quartier calme et agréable. Superette à 5 min. Et boulangeries idem. TRÈS propre immense et fonctionnel. Très bien climatisé. Trois salles de bain. La terrasse qui fait le tour est exceptionnelle. Appréciable en soirée pour la vue.Le métro Syngrou Fix à 10minutes.
Bien équipé. Dommage il manque le micro ondes pour le lait du matin ! Mais c'est un détail.
