This is a super nice apartment with a huge terrace ! Highly recommended !

Big apartment with a lot of amenities.

The apartment was cold and had to use the a/c for heating instead of the central heating. This lead to dry air and a cold apartment to come to when we were away, not to mention the time it took to heat up the areas we used. Most of the light bulbs were bright white which made the lighting too bright and very uncomfortable to have them on and many of them were burned out. The apartment didn’t have any floor lights. One of the windows in the master bedroom would not lock and had to have the shutter down all day to keep our belongings “safe” meanwhile if someone wants to open the shutter from the outside, they could just lift it up. The management was if informed and they did send someone over but he couldn’t fix the issue. They had to have an actual window technician come by and repair the issue but they never did. Have in mind, there’s no safe in the apartment which made us even more uncomfortable with the issue we had. The tv only has Arabic channels so we couldn’t use the living room for entertainment.

I booked this apartment for my mom and her friends during their trip to Athens. Upon arrival, they realized the apartment hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. We immediately contacted the host, who promptly arranged an Uber to take them to another nearby apartment for the night. The next day, they were transferred back to their original apartment, which had been properly cleaned. The host also offered a refund for the first night as compensation, which we appreciated. The apartment itself was nice and conveniently located near public transportation, so they enjoyed the rest of their stay.
