Stylish Luxury Apartment near Acropolis at Neos Kosmos metro station

The location is excellent, very close to the Neos Kosmos metro station and within walking distance of the Acropolis and Koukaki. Despite being in such a central spot, the neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment was spotless and the self check-in process was seamless and easy, which we really appreciated since we booked at the last minute!

Finding a parking spot in the area can be quite challenging, though this is expected for such a central location in Athens. Also, a small note for future guests: the apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessible only by stairs. It wasn't a problem for us, but it’s good to know if you have heavy luggage.

I don’t quite understand the trend of labeling a standard flat as "luxury," because this one didn’t quite meet that description. It’s located on a busy street with some noise, and the building is older. Near the entrance, there was an occasional unpleasant smell, likely due to the nearby neighbors who have cats. The owner mentioned the flat was 100m², but it was closer to 73m², and it didn’t include a washing machine as we had initially expected. Additionally, we were moved to a different flat because the one in the photos had some electrical issues. Overall, the flat was nice, but I wouldn’t describe it as luxurious. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, the towels had a slight odor, and basic cooking essentials like salt or oil weren’t provided, which would have been helpful.

Non ci è sembrata pulita: sul tavolo c’era dello zucchero (spero) sparso e la cosa peggiore erano le lenzuola dei cuscini avevano un odore un po vissuto. Il quartiere un po così così, ma comoda la metro vicino. Si fa difficoltà a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Nessun welcome kit per il soggiorno.
