Η διαμονή μας στο ManoMatina ήταν μια εξαιρετικά ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινισμένο, αν και σε παλιά οικοδομή (μη σας ξεγελάσει το απ' έξω), με ότι χρειάζεται κανείς για άνετη διαμονή και σε πολύ καλή τιμή συγκριτικά με ότι άλλο είχαμε δει για ενοικίαση. Ο οικοδεσπότης, ευγενέστατος και σε άμεση επικοινωνία για οτιδήποτε. Η τοποθεσία πάρα πολύ καλή, δίπλα, σχεδόν, στο μετρό Νέος Κόσμος αλλά και στο τραμ. Η περιοχή έχει αξιόλογα, καφέ, πρωινό, ταβέρνες κτλ. Σαν περιοχή ήσυχη και χωρίς θόρυβο από την κίνηση. Το Σάββατο πρωί υπάρχει και λαϊκή ακριβώς δίπλα για όποιον ενδιαφέρεται.

Excellent apartment, everything looks exactly like on photos. Kitchen was fully equiped with kitchenware and even some basic food products. There was towels, iron, clothes dryer - basically everything for comfortable stay. Every room has its own air conditioning. Location is in calm neighbourhood, close to the tram and metro station and it’s only 2 stops to get to the Acropolis. We arrived earlier than check in and the owner let us leave our bags in a place. Great contact with the owner via chat, he made sure everything is okay and provided detailed instruction. We are very pleased with our staying and can definitely recommending.

Big spacious apartament with 2 bedrooms and one big livingroom. Located near metro station. Has everything what is needed for vacation stay.

Difficulty in finding parking place.

Great location, great host, a good position and well served by public transport. If you're looking for a nice, reserved setting this is your choice!

This is not a problem with the apartment, but at night you can hear the tram passing by.
