The hotel is OK if you don’t mind taking a staircase with all your luggage to your room.
We had our room on the top floor and it is tough with all the luggage.
So please take a note when booking. If you’re a light traveler and don’t mind the staircase, this is your hotel. Otherwise please reconsider.
Front desk is ok.
Location is ok and also 10 mins to the KTM station (because of multiple of traffic light).
Masjid Negeri and Istana Arau are also nearby.
UITM campus is a short distance away.
Food is abundance nearby …. Short drive away near the junction. A small supermarket is also there in the centre.
Petronas is nearby too.
If your traveling to Padang Besar on Sunday, from the hotel turn right and head to the main road (Route 179)to go to the highway instead of turning left (Route R6) because you will get stuck in the Nat Pokok Getah’ pasar minggu traffic …

Recommend sangat yang nak cari hotel budget dan berbaloi. Bilik luas, ada sediakan tempat gosok dan sejadah dekat setiap tingkat. Tandas pun luas. Cuma tak ada lift, sebab ada dua tingkat je. Overall semua okay best recommend yang nak cari hotel budget.

semuanya ok.. selesa, bersih & bilik pun besar, ada water heater, iron, bilik pun besar elok.. puas hati.. cuma x ada lift & kena naik tangga kalau bawa bag besar kena angkat berat juga 😂 but next time kalau datang ke perlis boleh stay lagi kat hotel ni.

Reception hall is not so pleasant. There is no receptionist at counter during check in. Room is ok. Electric kettel is provided but not functioning.
There seems to be a forum held in the open hall near the reception area at night during our stay. Very noisy... felt very uncomfortable.
