The location was excellent
Beds were so comfortable
Facilities were great for a young family
Asked for the heat to be turned up as the weather was so bad and it was done instantly making for a very cosy stay

The location was lovely and we thought the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the cafes and bars nearby! Also managment responded quickly to our emails.
The hot water was turned off on arrival, so we could not take warm showers until late in the evening/next morning.

Very central for going into town
Upstairs room was very warm, couldn’t open the velux
Pillows were too big, had to sleep on a flat cushion
We couldn’t use the pool in the hotel

Very clean, comfortable.
The radiators couldn’t be turned up as they were locked possibly in an app that we had no access to.
