W miarę nowy lokal, blisko do sklepu. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Dobrze wyposażona łazienka (w chemię). Kubki, talerze, sztućce na miejscu. Darmowy parking aczkolwiek za budynkiem (pomiędzy budową a starymi garażami).
Niewygodny materac w sypialni (zbyt miękki), uszkodzona (mocno zużyta?) sofa. Tylko dwa krzesła (dla trzech osób). Niedziałający pilot do TV (baterie do wymiany?) Zbity talerz do pizzy w mikrofalówce. Ręczniki, pościele o dziwnym zapachu. Być może źle wyschły lub były nieświeże. Generalnie wiele drobiazgów do poprawienia. Poza tym brak klimatyzacji, a było bardzo gorąco. Źle rozwiązana kwestia prysznica. Woda zalewała całą łazienkę.

Хороше місце розташування, є парковка. Апартаменти чисті та просторі. Зручне ліжко у спальні. Також чиста постіль. Власник був на зв'язку, навіть у пізню годину. При заселенні необхідно було сплатити внесок у 50євро. Через тиждень гроші повернули на рахунок, але враховуйте це при бронюванні.
Диван у кухні-студії у не найкращому стані. Були з дітьми і там їм було спати не дуже зручно. Також не дуже зручною була постіль.

Привітний господар, допоміг при заселенні, дозволив заселитися на годину раніше. Чудовий ремонт, сантехніка, зручні меблі, автоматичні ролети на вікнах, чисто прибрано.
