Pekný priestranný slnečný byt, pekné nadčasové zariadenie bytu, pohodlná veľká sedačka, priestranná obývačka, kvalitné postele, kúpeľňa a WC tak akurát. Fotky zodpovedajú realite, dokonca reálne je to ešte krajšie. Výťah je momentálne v dokončovacej etape, no je plne funkčný. Celý bytový komplex voní novotou. Tichá lokalita vsadená do vnútorného dvora ulice.

Kuchynské skrinky veľmi vysoké, ťažšia dostupnosť k tanierom, šálkám a pohárom...

problém s odtokom vody v kúpeľni

The property location is great, a walkable distance form the old centre. The building is brand new and the apartment is very modern just like the photos. It is run by a company and all the set up is online. Equipped well with most of what you need.

Communication was poor and even rude. All information is shared in long emails and booking.com messages. Many are standard that don't apply to the apartment itself. Like instructions to go in, keybox is there but you can't open, we spend ages trying to get in at night. Also wrong information regarding parking. There is no space in the garage to park and no need to pay the fee. The company that runs the apartment answer fairly fast but does not fully answer to your question, this causes confusing and frustration. We were also locked in the bathroom twice as the lock fell off. The apartment has many new tech features like the front lock, cameras etc it takes a long time to open and to lock, this is a bit alarmingly in case of a fire. The lift and staircases are still all covered with card etc but ready to use. They take 100 euros deposit and they will charge for any damage highly, even a broken glass. what is left they return swiftly. Overall, the positives balance with the negative but we would not stay there again.
