Diskoteka pod bytom, ale to nie je tajomstvo, byt sa neda celkom vyvetrat, kedze okna vedu do medzidomia, kde ustia klimatizacie.

We really liked the location, it was super close to everything we needed, inc. local amenities, the main strip, parks and playgrounds. There was also plenty of shopping nearby, plus two convenient little stores just a short walk away. We also appreciated having a washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment, which made our stay even more convenient.

We personally didn’t have any issues with the property. We stayed with our 5 and 8 year old children and the noise from the downstairs shisha bar didn’t bother us at all, especially as ear plugs were provided in the apartment (I also normally wear ear plugs anyway). The shower head didn’t stay in place properly, which wasn’t a problem for us, but it may be worth fixing for future guests.

Niektoré zariadenia nefungovali / boli v horšom stave. Keď sme prišli, stále išla sušička, ktorá je v hlavnej izbe, čiže sme ešte dobrú hodinu počúvali jej zvuk. Čo nám chýbalo, bolo niečo na zavesenie vecí v druhej izbe, keďže tam nie je jediná stolička, skriňa či vešiak. No a hoci to má priamo v názve, to aká hlučná je diskotéka zistí človek až na mieste. Hudba je TAK hlasná, že prehlučí telku, počuješ každé slovo DJa, môžeš tancovať na pesničky v izbe a trvá to do 5:00 v piatok aj sobotu. Našťastie, v apartmáne sú aj stuple do uší (vďaka!), no citlivejším osobám toto ubytovanie neodporúčam. Napriek skvelej polohe by sme sa sem pre hore uvedené veci nevrátili. Veľká škoda toho hluku pre inak dobrý apartmán, ktorý za to vôbec nemôže.

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of old Košice, close to lovely restaurants. The check-in was seamless, and there was a handy info booklet left by the host. WiFi was strong, and the TVs had Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube, perfect for a relaxed evening—if only the couch weren’t so iffy. A small bonus was the iron provided, though sadly no ironing board. Overall, this is a mixed bag—great for a young crowd who love nightlife, but not for families or those seeking peace.

During my stay at this apartment, I immediately noticed a high humidity upon arrival, due to poor ventilation—no AC, just a fan, which was a small comfort but not enough. The sofa was a real disappointment—it had noticeable stains from previous guests (as noted in other reviews) and was broken on the left armrest—perhaps a casualty of its, let’s say, colorful history. The bathroom drain had a persistent odor, mold grew around the door ledge, and there was dust and hair on the floor—a clear sign the cleaning was rushed. The bed was uncomfortable with poor springs, and the decorative pillows were lumpy. Door and window handles were stiff, making them feel like they might break. Also, a shisha bar sits below, so as you walk up to the apartment, you get a brief but unpleasant rush of smoke smell—something out of the host’s control, but still off-putting.
