NEW!Astonishing acropolis view flat!

Cette magnifique vue sur l'Acropole 😻, le quartier vraiment tranquille et situé dans une rue à sens unique donc calme, l'emplacement géographique à moins de 15 minutes à pied du centre d'Athènes et des transports en commun, wifi qui fonctionne très bien, ce très faible prix de location par rapport à d'autres que j'ai pû avoir, le chauffage fonctionne très bien, tout ce qu'il faut pour faire à manger ( Frigo, plaque, four, etc...). Franchement on reviendra !

Besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement, mais honnêtement pour ce prix rien à dire, j'ai vu des appartements insalubres presque deux fois plus chère... Ce n'est pas une smart TV donc pas de Netflix ou autre mais avec la tablette le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien, ballon d'eau chaude un peu petit mais ça passe quand même.

Der Blick auf die Akropolis und über die Stadt ist definitiv das Highlight der Wohnung. Lage & Anbindung: Die Lage ist okay, die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist vorhanden. Zur Akropolis kommt man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten. Die Innenstadt liegt etwas dahinter. In 2-3 Minuten Fußnähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und zwei gute Restaurants. Wohnung: Nette kleine Wohnung. Für Pärchen auf Städte-Trip genau passend, außer man möchte Hotel-Flair. Ist eben ein Airbnb. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch eine Kaffeemaschine.

Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, dass man eine kleine "Anleitung" bräuchte, die das Warmwasser funktioniert (wir haben in früheren Bewertungen nachgeschaut). Hier konnte man z.B. auch das WLAN Passwort reinschreiben, welche Kaffeekapseln in die Maschine passen u.Ä. Das Bad ist sehr klein, für uns was das aber okay so.

Le logement bénéficie d'une très bonne situation géographique. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, elle donne directement sur l'acropole. La terrasse est par ailleurs très agréable, elle est très grande, il y a plusieurs espaces (couverts ou non). De plus sur la situation de l'appartement, il n'est pas loin du centre et des quartiers touristiques. Le logement est très bien aménagé et très bien organisé ce qui le rend très agréable.

Overall, the apartment is pretty and has a lovely, cozy vibe. My partner and I felt comfortable staying there for almost two weeks. It’s the perfect size for two people. Definitely the apartment’s biggest plus is the large outdoor terrace with a stunning city view and an Acropolis view. The apartment is very bright, with lots of natural daylight, especially in the living room. Also, because it’s on a high floor, it’s very quiet even when the windows or balcony doors are open. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The small kitchen corner has all the basics for cooking; I especially appreciated the big refrigerator. I also loved the very big sofa in the living room - I fell asleep on it a few times, and it felt very comfy. The Queen bed in the bedroom was comfortable as well. The host provided plenty of essentials, like big bottles of shower gel and shampoo, many rolls of toilet paper, all necessary cleaning sprays, multiple towels and bed sheets, etc. I also appreciated the small washing machine in the bathroom, which (even though it seemed old) did a good job washing clothes. The Wi-Fi worked very fast. The apartment’s location is very good - in a quiet, safe residential area close to the heart of Athens. There are many grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and pharmacies around. The check-in instructions were clear, and the check-in process was easy.

Communication with the host could be better - sometimes they responded a few hours after I sent a WhatsApp message, sometimes it took a whole day, and a couple of times they answered the next day. The major issue with the apartment is that it’s outdated, and many parts need to be replaced and remodeled. For example: an old, nasty-looking small teapot; a small yellowish microwave; super used yellowish tea cups; a very old, outdated small TV in the living room (and it would be great to add a TV in the bedroom too). Some furniture also needs attention, like the crappy bathroom sink cabinet, and especially the bedroom closet - it was extremely old inside, some doors were sticky, and everything was very dusty. Another issue is that there was a lot of old, dusty crap stored inside the cabinets/closet doors - all these unnecessary things should be cleaned out and removed. The kitchen cabinet also had a lot of old nasty stuff. Also I have to mention that a few times I noticed bugs that looked like cockroaches, usually around the kitchen area. The apartment really needs a complete professional deep cleaning. The bathtub in the bathroom was small, very crappy and yellowish, and it was actually impossible to fill it up with water and take a bath. The shower was old and bad, and the water pressure was very weak. Plus, the bathtub curtain was also yellowish and nasty-looking, and the water leaked through it. If the host does a facelift and replaces some things with nice, modern ones, this apartment will be fantastic and very enjoyable to stay!
