The location is amazing. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom was very spacious and had also a small balcony. Air conditioning was working excellent. Large space to put your clothing. The place was quiet, pleasant.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. The location is unbeatable and within walking distance of almost every major attraction in Athens. To give an idea of how central it is, the apartment is situated between the luxurious Royal Olympic Hotel and the Key Tours office. The Acropolis, Syntagma Square, the Arch of Hadrian, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and many other landmarks are all easily reachable on foot—even for my parents, who are both over 70. There is a convenient SPAR supermarket just next door, while an AB Shop & Go is only a 5-minute walk away, offering a great selection of fresh groceries at reasonable prices. The host was exceptionally welcoming and left us wine, bottled water, and snacks on arrival. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and everything else you could possibly need. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches such as kitchen towels, laundry detergent, cooking oil, salt, sugar, and other daily essentials, which meant we didn't have to buy full-sized items for a short stay. The only minor issue was that the hot water switch tripped after a few minutes, severely limiting the amount of hot water available. However, this wasn't a major inconvenience for us since we spent most days out exploring Athens and only returned late in the evening. Overall, this apartment was very close to perfect. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

It was all renovated, spacious and very clean. Walking distance to the acropolis and main streets. Very quiet and secure street. Eddy, the manager was very responsive, helpful, polite and friendly.

The corridors in the building were dark, I’m not sure why the lights were not working
