L'appartement est très bien placé. A côté de la mer et des commerces. Il est propre et il y a la climatisation. Il est confortable pour une famille de 3/4 max Le propriétaire est très sympathique et répond rapidement aux messages. Le garage est un atout à Alassio
C'est bien dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de micro-ondes et de cafetière électrique type Senseo. Il n'est pas facile de faire sécher ses habits (maillots, serviettes...) et l'ouverture de l'unique fenêtre est limitée car nous sommes en contrebas et rue passante. Manque d'aération et de lumière ainsi qu'un petit extérieur.

direi tutto praticamente, la posizione ottimale ti permette di raggiungere tutto a piedi. la casa pulita, accogliente e con tutto quello che occorre. i proprietari super disponibili e chiari nelle informazioni che riguardano la struttura.

Purtroppo il garage si é rotto appena arrivati e quindi non abbiamo potuto piu usufruirne per l'intera settimana (il proprietario per il disguido ci ha offerto dei buoni gelato). La casa é umida e non ci sono spazi esterni per poter stendere i panni. Molta polvere in camera e sotto il letto. La luce in camera non funziona. Non consigliato per bimbi piccoli perché molto piccola e senza spazi esterni.
