The apartment is composed of living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, hallway and bathroom (with anteroom).
It is great for families. There are 5-6 beds (one room with double bed + one room with bunk bed, single bed and a third pull-out bed). The air conditioning is present in the whole apartment.
The position is great, close to the sea, the center and any kind of services. It is located in Corso Europa, just 50 meters from the sea and was recently renovated. You can also take advantage of a private parking located 400 meters from the apartment

The apartment is right next to the Hotel "Riva", it will be easy to find us! It is also in a very convenient area close to all kinds of services: restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket and beach are all within reach. The nearest supermarket is "Crai" (in the same street) that is less than 3 minutes walk.

A pearl set in the Western Riviera Ligure, besides being known as the land of sun, of sea, of entertainment, of sport, and the famous chocolate "Baci", a real speciality, Alassio is particularly noted for being encircled by natural beauty which makes it an ideal resort on the ligurian gulf.
From the flourishing fishing village that it was, with the birth of international tourism d'elite, Alassio has become aone of the most elegant resort on the Riviera, surrounded by trees and plants, by the flowers of its gardens, by splendid villas on the lower hillside and characterized by its almost four kilometres of the finest quarz and calcareous sand, sloping gently into the sea with hardly any incline.
