The first impression was just wow. The location is excellent, at OCEAN BREEZE By LIVINJI, near Browns Beach on the 10th floor, and very easy to find. It is a private apartment and the room architecture, furniture, and lighting are superb in quality. The room is a bit compact, with one king bed and one single bed, and the view from here is wonderful, especially in the morning and evening. The apartment also has a small balcony. The kitchen area is equipped with essential items such as a microwave, fridge, electric kettle, cutlery, and plates. The bathroom is small but functional. There is a rooftop pool available for all residents, and it offers one of the best views. Underground parking is also available. There is no food service, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The owner is friendly and helpful. Overall, a great location and beautiful apartment, but the cleanliness needs attention.

The downside is that the apartment was not cleaned properly. The bed sheets did not seem clean or freshly pressed, and it felt like they had not been changed for new guests. There were hairs on the bed and even ants in the sheets. For the price, the cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

The property was clean but the shower was broken.

Shower was broken, couldn’t lock the sliding door facing the sea.
