Delightful, cozy, and homely!

Ayca is a wonderful attentive host and made sure I had everything I needed during my extended stay (6 weeks for work). I couldn’t have asked for a better host. The property is close to bus links and I had no issues getting around.

The property was very clean and tidy. The atmosphere was very peaceful and pleasant. We really liked the area.

(Everything else was excellent, but the size of the bedroom and the lounge felt a little small.

Very nice house with all necessary facilities for a short stay.

The family was very polite, they communicated properly with me my trip to their house. However I arrived very late in the evening, they were so kind to wait for me and to provide for me perfect conditions for my relaxation after the long drive. They arranged for me a safe parking lot for the car. It was just a comfortable and friendly accommodation. There were also complimentary coffee and tea with cookies for a simple petit dejeuner.

I would stay there again

Window can be open, that's very important to me! Excellent ration price- room. very nice owner. Ayca froze my water for my medicine- injections). Parking is in front of the house, easy by google gps to find.

Just an information, it is in most private houses that the owner ask to take shoes off right when you step in the house- I like this just be ready to have your own sleepers handy. For me is a big no to take some already uses sleepers.

Comfortable and welcoming accommodation with a great host

Loved staying here, very comfortable room, with everything you need and free Netflix, snacks and coffee. Ayca made me feel welcome and at home, and is lovely to talk to. The family dog is also super cute.

It was great.

I had a wonderful stay with the Asal Family. They were outstanding hosts — warm, welcoming, and attentive. They served delicious Turkish tea and kindly shared all the details about nearby restaurants and places to visit. The room was nice, well-organised, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and all essentials were provided, including an iron and hair dryer. Overall, a perfect experience and I would happily stay here again.

Home from home

This was the first time I had made a home stay and I didn't know what to expect. It was great. I was made very welcome the room was lovely and everything was spotlessly clean. A big thank you to family Asal. As a previous reference said the Turkish tea and cake was a nice touch and very tasty

Was made very welcome. Location - a rather run down estate - but the house itself was fine. Proprietor, please note, your house was absolutely fine! I was commenting on the estate as the procedure asks me to comment on the area. It did not leave a bad impression, rather, a good one.

Nice, quiet, clean accomodation

Accommodation "like home" in the house of a nice and quiet family. The guest room and bathroom are on the first floor. Small sweets, a carafe of water, coffee, tea and a kettle are in the room. I received a kettle with milk on request. Clean and fragrant bed linen and towels. Really like home. Thank you, Ayca, for the kind welcome. I highly recommend it.

Central, pleasant, friendly hosts

Friendly hosts, good access to kitchen, shelf in the fridge and freezer space. My room had a table and chair so I could eat in my room. Toilet very close, good shower, provided with a good variety of toiletries. TV has Netflix and YouTube. WIFI excellent. I was even made Turkish tea and dessert treats a couple of times. Area is safe, older but being done up. A 10 minute walk to the bus station (I went by bus to Edinburgh twice) and the shopping centre. I could come and go as I pleased and be independent. Always a close park available. Glen Rothes is a very central place to visit Fife.

A memory foam pad on the single bed would be useful.

Great position and value for money.

I had a great stay at Asal family House. Since I had a car it was perfectly positioned for a nice tour in Fife (the first day) and Stirling (next day) I had no problem parking in the street (for free) every day just in front of the house. Edimburgh airport is 35 minutes away, so it was easy to return my car. The room is very comfortable and bathroom just in front of it. Very quiet at night, I had perfect nights of sleep. Owners were absolutely lovely and caring, made me feel at home. Very quiet and lovely dog too :) I definitely recommend.

Goede overnachting voor onze doorreis in Schotland!

Zeer schone en frisse slaapkamer. Goede ontvangst van de host Ayca, haar man hielp goed met het zorgen voor een goede parkeerplek van onze auto. We hebben een film kunnen kijken op het gratis Netflix-account. Daarnaast kregen we ook de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van de koelkast, vriezer en magnetron, maar deze hadden wij niet nodig. We kwamen laat aan en vertrokken alweer vroeg. Contact via de Booking-app was goed en snel.

Je kunt zien dat de bewoners/eigenaren nog druk bezig zijn om het huis te renoveren en dat dit in stapjes gaat. Hierdoor is alles nog niet zoals het hoort, maar dat zie je ook terug in de prijs per nacht.

Ubytování je na skvělém místě - nedaleko od autobusového nádraží, takže lze cestovat kamkoliv. Pokoj byl účelně zařízený, čistý, postel pohodlná. Paní majitelka i její manžel jsou velice příjemní a ochotní lidé, na všem se s nimi lze domluvit.

Chambre avec bouilloire et télévision avec Netflix à l’étage d’une maison dans un quartier calme.

La propriétaire est très gentille et nous a même offert deux parts d’un gâteau qu’elle avait cuisiné. Dans la douche la pression est bonne.

La salle de bain mériterait d’être rafraîchie.
