ONE HUGE SCAM. NEVER GOT TO STAY NEVER GOT OUR REFUND

We did not even get to stay as this accommodation is posted as a scam

We arrived at the property only to be told that they no longer exist and are now operating under a new name. We made online payment only to be told this property does not accept online payments and that the person advertising the property is an impersonator who used to be their marketing manager. We were told to cancel free of charge and that we would be refunded immediately but once the refund was completed we were asked to leave and contact bookings.com who will refund us whenever they feel like, till date we have not received a response from bookings.com nor a refund.

The property scammed us we never stayed there when we got there they said the accommodation is full we have to cancel our booking And they’ll refund till today we haven’t got the money so I think we got scammed by this property

affordable got 40% discount for the stay, staff was pleasant but no privacy in rooms, its very smal

Location very central in town. There's a fridge i could store my beverages and other food with ease. Most people had long stay and there was not a fear of losing items, but we always need to look after our things.

The bed was not comfortable , and other beds were to close to each other. a snoring person sounded like we are in the same bed, very young crew a shared a room with, on weekend they came in drunk talking loud and being noisy. Access is strictly controlled by the host which sleep at reception so if you go out late you have to buzz and wait until they wake up and open up for you, this was a problem as there are homeless wondering guys out front waiting out late is not safe.

Guests are are allowed to smoke Crystal Meth out in the open . the venue has minimal ventilation. spending time here is a genuine health risk and should be avoided if you are not currently taking drugs.
